    The stamps are considered 'Mint" by my standards.
    The appearance is spot on and the images are clear and pronounced.
    There are no
    additional
    tears or
    residue to report -maybe some staining.
    The design aesthetic is still attractive -overall- and the condition, good.
    This is also a block E-19 special delivery stamps with their original gum.
    The colors are bold, the picture is clear and the outline is excellent.
    A must have for any collection.
