Tama Superstar Cherry Wine 24 x 16 Bass Drum 1983 for project or parts

For parts or project restoration... or use as a coffee table like I did. Some sick bastard beat the crap out of this drum and really messed up the resonate side... One hoop is split and has chunks missing. The other hoop has lots of knicks and rash but is restorable. The shell can be cut down if you have the time & talent.  It would make a great gong drum or even a wall hanging.  I was going to restore it but you know how it goes.  I'm going to try to sell it with all hardware and hoops before I piece it out.
