Official Mail Great Seal
stamp. The
2006
single has water activated gum and is bullseye
perf. 11¼.
Bradbury Thompson
designed the stamp and
Sterling Sommer
printed it for
Ashton Potter USA (APU) Ltd.
This is the 3rd modern one dollar value Official stamp. It replaces the 1993 O151 (panes of 100) stamp. The tagged single has become a key to the modern Official set. The location of the microprinting is shown above with red arrow.
Supplies are limited and a price increase is expected.
